You will receive an e-mail notification when your order ships. You may receive multiple shipping confirmation e-mails if items in your order ship at different times. The shipping notification will include information on how to track your order.
The order process begins as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your item(s) will be processed once your credit card is approved and the shipping address is verified. Most orders will be processed within 3 - 5 business days after the order is placed (if placed by 9:00AM Eastern time). After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the location of your shipping address (and chosen method of shipping). An "order tracking link" and tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation e-mail so that you may track the status of your order at any time.
To avoid fraudulent charges, we are only able to ship international orders to the billing address. You may be contacted shortly by one of our associates to confirm your international shipping and billing information. Please note that while we collect as much shipping costs up front to make your shipping process seamless, many countries require additional customs, taxes and duties to release the package. Changes to Orders and Personal Information
We will do our best to accommodate changes to orders or personal information. However, we process orders quickly and cannot guarantee that your request will be fulfilled. We are not responsible for the shipping and handling fees incurred for items that have been ordered in error.
Shared E-mail Accounts
The order and shipping confirmation e-mails will contain information about the individual items in your order. Please keep this in mind if your order contains a gift. We wouldn’t want to spoil a surprise!
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. As of 2011, we also accept Paypal. In addition, we accept Cavaliers Team Shop Gift Cards purchased either online or at the Team Shop here at Quicken Loans Arena. (You may use Cavaliers Team Shop Gift Cards on any Cleveland Cavaliers, Lake Erie Monsters, Canton Charge, or Cleveland Gladiator's products.)
If we are unable to process your credit card, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly.
Please note that we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for any Championship Jewelry (including rings, necklaces, bracelets, charms, earrings, paperweights, cufflinks, pins, pendants, or watches). These items are excluded from any and all discounts and promotions, including WGU membership discounts.
- We will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
- All merchandise must be returned in new condition with original merchandise tags attached to ensure full credit.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your statement.
- Returns received after 30 days past the original date are eligible for a store merchandise credit for the product's current selling price.
- We are happy to honor price adjustments up to 14 days after date of original purchase. Clearance items (styles with pricing ending in .99) are not eligible for price adjustments.
A return and exchange form is enclosed with every package. Please fill out the return section of the form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning. Be sure to indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund, or make an exchange for another size, color or item. If you are exchanging merchandise, please fill out the exchange portion of the form.

Simply bring your invoice and unwanted merchandise to the Team Shop located at Quicken Loans Arena and we will happily issue you a refund in the original form of payment.
Returns without a receipt or invoice:
All returns without a receipt must be exchanged for other merchandise or issued a merchandise gift card for the lowest selling price of the product purchased.
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:
- Item(s) not available.
- Difficulty in processing your payment information.
- Cannot ship to address provided.
- Duplicate order was placed.
- Cancelled due to a customer request.
If your order is cancelled, you will receive a notice regarding your order via e-mail detailing the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.
